Learn the Art from the Inside
Hello, I’m Kinana. I’m an artist and have been creating for over twenty years, with art serving as both my language and my refuge. This space was born from pain and from the long, uneven process of learning how to live with it. It didn’t begin as a studio; it began as a need to survive heavy days, to sit with fire, glass, paper, and thread, and to let my hands speak when words failed. Like a phoenix, this space grew from moments of breaking, from unbearable heat, and from the slow realization that creation can carry what the heart cannot hold alone.
Here, art is not about talent or perfection — it is about process. It’s about showing up exactly as you are, whether tired, confused, quiet, or searching, and allowing yourself to move gently through the act of making. This is not a classroom or a performance, but a pause — a place to slow down, breathe, work with your hands, and reconnect with yourself, sometimes without needing any explanation. Some workshops are held in collaboration with a psychologist or social worker, creating a safe balance between making and feeling, between expression and care. You don’t come here to be better at art; you come to feel lighter than when you arrived, to remember that even after fire, something tender and alive can rise again.
